Wesley is the Founder and CEO of Compliance View 360, bringing more than seven years of legal, property management, and homeowner and condominium association board experience to this software-as-a-service company. Previously, Wesley was the Senior Manager of Developed Real Estate & HOAs for Pulte Group’s North Florida Division where he set up and served on the Board of Directors for 50+ Association and Community Development Districts; worked with seven different regional property management groups and their staff; and managed Pulte’s completed infrastructure and deficit funding budgets for all Pulte, Centex and Del Webb brand communities in the Orlando and Jacksonville markets.  Before being recruited for his role at Pulte, Wesley was the Regional Manager for the North Florida Division of Evergreen Lifestyles Management where he was instrumental in growing its portfolio from 1 to 30+ communities in just over 3 years. Wesley has a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association. Wesley also has his Community Association Management License (LCAM), is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) via Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and is a Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot and an unmanned aerial systems enthusiast.  

Keegan is the Director of Operations for Compliance View 360 and one of our very first hires. Keegan started his career in creative media, working for a small Michigan-based video production company where he was assigned to a variety of projects. Eventually Keegan found his way to the world of HOA’s after relocating to Florida for College. He worked his way up from the front desk at a large-master planned community to a Senior Community Association Manager role directly managing 15 properties throughout Central Florida and a team of five managers.  

When approached by Wesley with the idea of a way to revolutionize the way property inspections were being performed, Keegan needed very little convincing and quickly joined the Compliance View 360 team. Throughout his time with the company, he has been instrumental in developing our fleet management program and overseeing the day-to-day business operations.

Christina serves as the National Director of Client Development for Compliance View 360, with twelve years of HOA industry experience focused on guiding business development, providing unmatched customer service, and team-building leadership. She brings a visionary growth mindset, a passion for enhancing client success, and a proven track record of building client trust and relationships.

Christina’s industry experience includes leadership, service, and training within organizations such as Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). She also holds her CMCA, AMS, and CAAM industry certifications.

Prior to joining Compliance View 360, Christina was the founder and owner of the Austin, Texas-based commercial pool management company, SafeGuard Aquatics, serving as the company’s Vice President of Business Development, building the company’s HOA client base. She most recently held the role of Vice President of Community Operations with Capital Consultants Management Company (CCMC), working to strengthen client relationships and provide strategic leadership to community associations and team members.

Christina and her husband have two grown children and have been married for nearly 25 years. Christina was born and raised in New York and has lived in many areas of the country with her family, including Pittsburgh, PA, Salt Lake City, UT, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, and now in Flagstaff, AZ.

Heidi became a member of our team in August 2022. She came on board as an Administrative Assistant but was quickly promoted to Client Services Manager. In this role, she is the first point of contact for our clients. She leads our clients through the onboarding process, schedules community inspections, and assists our clients with all their needs.

Heidi came to Compliance View 360 with more than 30 years’ experience in customer service starting with her career out of college with American Airlines. Her degree is in Human Resources but found that she preferred the challenges of representing her employer on the front lines. Throughout her career she has worked in the travel, education, medical, retail, accounting, and hospitality industries. Her goal has always been to offer the best possible service to each person she encounters and make them know how important they are to the company’s success.

After growing up in Florida, Heidi moved to Indianapolis and spent 26 years there raising her two amazing sons. When her youngest left for college, she returned home to Florida and is extremely happy to be back in the Sunshine State.

Annoly is Compliance View 360's lead driver, based out of our Central Florida market. She has a strong background in law enforcement, as well as experience in customer service and property management. Most recently she was a New York City Police Officer where she spent seven years as a patrolwoman in the South Bronx. Her time as a police officer helped her grow as both a teammate and a leader as well as strengthened her communication and customer service skills. She recently relocated to Central Florida to spend more time with her family, loves being behind the wheel, and exploring all that Central Florida has to offer. Annoly’s professionalism, driving skills, and experience with video capture and processing made her an obvious fit for our team.
